This was my first time using them. They were very knowledgeable and they relayed that to me. They seem to have done a good job at fixing the problem.
They came because of a problem, and we told them about the problem. They addressed it right away and came up with a solution the same day. They scheduled an appointment to come back and fix it, and now it's working nicely.
The man that came out from Airplus of California was very polite. When he came in, he got right to it. He inspected the heater and checked everything. He just did the work, said goodbye, and was a very nice person.
